The problem is that the Babies don’t get a taming bonus from raising them, right? So a 150 parent would become a 225 with a full tame and would be able to pass those onto future children those same stats on a 150 baby would get an imprint, sure, but no taming bonus. And imprint stats don’t pass onto future babies.
