A dent in my leg

I have had a dent in my shin since I was 7 when I was jumping up on a slide, missed and the end of the slide sliced into my shin. My parents did not have a lot of money, and since I could still walk, they didn't take me to the hospital. Now I have a huge dent in my leg, very ugly! But, it does not seem to have caused any other damage.
