Ignore her. You’re just there to pee. St Lucia is by far our least favorite cruise stop. And after talking to others, it seems most people agree. We’re on Vigie as I write this. Not the best beach on St Lucia. Vigie is the closest beach to the cruise ship terminal. It boarders a cemetery and airport. You cannot walk to it from the docking area. We visited Vigie Beach several times during our two weeks in St. Lucia. There is some beach erosion and part of it abuts a graveyard, but don't be deterred. This beach is practically IN Castries and has shade and a few vendors selling drinks and food. Close to the jetty there is an enclosed area almost like a pool.
