On 7/19/2021, our AC started leaking to downstairs unit, and failed to cool down, we contacted Fidelity National Home Warranty immediately, they are really slow, their AC contractor come to our property on 7/24/2021, their technician said TXV needs to be replaced, they need about one week to order the parts.
