In Prusa Slicer 2.6.0, in Print Settings, turn on expert mode, by clicking the Expert at the top right of the window. A search for First layer expansion will take you to the Support Material panel of Print Settings, and be the 6th item down from the top:

Does the 2.6.0-alpha branch include organic supports. Commit comments seem to indicate the organic supports aren't in there yet. I have a couple of projects I am working on now where I think this supports would be awesome and not require me to make so many design changes for some miniscule overhangs.I think some supports will always be tough to remove depending on their size and orientation within the print, but the best luck I’ve ever had was with the settings a user shared on the Prusa forums, and many people seem to agree.
