If the 45 fcu fits and functions by hand the biggest concerns I see would be with the 45 ejector hitting 9mm brass and throwing them clear and if the slide holds open with last round fired . I have wondered for some time why the p250 works with all cartridge options but they failed with the p320 .Reinsert the stuck FCU and Slide onto the Grip Module. Rack the Slide to the rear slowly.
