Momofuku is always a good idea. This is always my first stop in Vegas! The food is consistently good. Service has always been top notch. We easily got a seat at the bar on a Saturday afternoon and enjoyed cocktails over pork ramen and the shishito peppers. The ramen was rich and flavorful, with a decent hunk of pork belly included.

Momofuku was my favorite restaurant that we ate at in Vegas and will forever be a staple whenever I return! Although they weren't as busy as a lot of other restaurants on the strip and they recently built out a new section of the restaurant for the F1 race, it's still a good idea to have a reservation a week or two in advance.
