3 cm dilated

Jun 17, 2014 at 6:41 AM. With my last baby (she is 14 now). I was dilated 3 cm at 35 weeks and had her two weeks later. I really think every woman is different, but that was my experience. With this baby I have started dilating last week @ 1cm and I am 35 weeks (36 weeks on Thursday).

3 cm dilated. Dilated 3-4 cm with my second and third for at least a week each. Partially effaced and dilated with my twin pregnancy at 34 weeks, enough to warrant bed rest, then got off bed rest at 36 weeks and walked around for another week before a schedule induction at 37 weeks.

I was 38+6. 4cm dilated 80% effaced. I began to lose more of my mucus plug around 5pm, and went for a walk. Next day at 39 weeks, I felt nothing. Took a nap and woke up at about 3:15pm with back pain and contractions. I waited about 20 mins to time contractions. We Made it to the hospital around 4:15pm at 7/8 cm dilated. Baby was born at 5:47pm.
