It's a Walgreens policy. I can't figure out how to post it, but if you go to storenet, then MYHr and search break policy, you can find it. It does call out extra requirements for certain states, but Texas isn't one of them. If your state is less strict than Walgreens policy, they're supposed to follow Walgreens policy.
