You can stay str/faith and use lothric knight greatsword with blessed infusion. That way it mostly scales with faith and pushes the physical and lightning damage with that. Also the healing is a little bonus. Then you can switch between them as you like.

It is more of a dex weapon than str. But blessed works well too. If you want to use in as a main weapon i would change the stats to meet str req and put the rest in dex. Afterwards infuse it with blessed or lightning, dependend what is better.
