The thing keeps cycling every 10-15 minutes. The light turns & stays blue (all clear) for ~15 mins after a cycle completes, before the litter robot "detects" a cat again and the light goes red. I've tried cleaning the IR sensors up front, but that didn't help. Also our cat's weight is 14lbs even though litter robot says only 4 lbs.
About a week ago I noticed it was not reading the litter level correctly. Despite being at the fill line it reads that my litter is low on the app, and that my waste basket was empty. I'm using standard arm and hammer low dust cat litter. Then it just didn't rotate. Took the globe apart after we realize it didn't rotate in a day.
